What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair household appliances in a safe, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Communicate clearly with clients during initial inspections and throughout the repair process.
- Take clear job notes and photos, update quotes, and follow up on all client communications.
- Order parts and confirm truck stock for each day’s work — you’ll be prepared before you arrive.
- Work independently while being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
- Follow through on every job, including invoices and post-repair customer satisfaction.

This is a high-responsibility position with above-average pay. To be successful, you must:
- Take initiative — no waiting to be told what to do next.
- Communicate proactively — with clients, office staff, and team members.
- Keep organized records and follow our systems.
- Show up reliably to all scheduled jobs and communicate early if there are any issues.
- Take safety seriously, both for yourself and in clients’ homes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in appliance repair (we’ll train the right person further).
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort using smartphone tools, apps, and task systems.
- Ability to speak with clients clearly and respectfully.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year + bonuses for performance.
