Most Bertazzoni ranges sold here are gas or dual fuel, which in British Columbia means any gas work must be done by a licensed gas fitter. The appliances themselves are mechanically conventional and straightforward to service once access is sorted.

Usually the igniter, or a brass burner cap that has not been seated correctly after cleaning. Both are quick to put right.
Are Bertazzoni parts hard to get?
Common parts are obtainable in Canada. Less common items come from Italy and take longer, so we identify the exact part on the first visit and order immediately.
Do you need a gas licence for my range?
Yes. In BC, gas work must be done by a licensed gas fitter, and we have them on staff.
How much does the repair cost?
You get a firm quote after diagnosis and you approve it before any work starts. If we cannot fix the appliance, you do not pay.
