Every extra visit means more delays and costs. When we know what we’re walking into, we can stock the right parts, prepare the right tools, and allocate the time needed to finish the job quickly.

✅ Here’s What We Need From You Before the Visit

📸 1. Photos of the Appliance

Take a clear photo of the front of the appliance and one of the manufacturer’s label (usually inside the door or on the back). This helps us:

  • Identify the exact model
  • Match compatible parts
  • Understand the layout before we arrive

🔢 2. Model & Serial Number

Even better than photos? Send us the model and serial number written out. We can use these to pre-check parts availability and service documentation.

Not sure where to find them? Check:

  • The door frame (dishwashers, washers, dryers)
  • Back panel (fridges, ovens)
  • User manual (if available)

🎥 3. Short Video of the Issue (If Possible)

A quick video of the appliance making a noise, failing to start, or displaying an error code can give us insight before we arrive.

This helps us:

  • Understand symptoms
  • Simulate the issue in advance
  • Choose diagnostic tools accordingly

🗣️ 4. Detailed Description of the Problem

In your own words, tell us:

  • What is (or isn’t) happening
  • When the issue started
  • Whether it’s intermittent or consistent
  • Any smells, leaks, or sounds

Even if you’re not technical, this info is gold for our technicians.


🚚 5. Let Us Bring the Right Parts

We aim to fix appliances on the first visit whenever possible—but here’s the reality:

There are thousands of appliance models and parts. It’s just not possible to carry every single part for every brand and model in our service vehicles.

However, we do stock the most commonly used parts for the most popular brands like Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, GE, and others. When we receive the model number and a description of the issue ahead of time, we can greatly increase the chances of having the right part on hand.

If the part isn’t common or must be special-ordered, we’ll provide a quote after the inspection and schedule a follow-up visit as soon as the part arrives.
